As this is a new role within the HR team, you get the freedom to create this role.
Your responsibilities:
You manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
You pro-actively search and approach interesting candidates who match the profiles of our vacancies;
You act as our main point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruiting process and give them a great candidate experience;
You contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you liaise with management, and you will be responsible for efficient fulfilment of the recruitment demand;
Taking part and/or take ownership in Recruitment projects, like enhancing the employer brand, interview quality and candidate experience.
What you need to bring to the table:
You have a track record in recruitment;
You understand the Dutch, British and German labour market;
You are fluent in English;
You take ownership and responsibility.

Our daughter company Little America was born in 2020 to include individual trips to the USA and Canada.
